Pick Me Up Tea is a delicious tonic prepared with nourishing herbs for stimulating and rejuvenating the body and mind and blended in Australia.

Herbal Tea Blend: Herb Robert, Ginkgo, Gotu Cola, Ashwagandha, Oat Straw, Rose Root, Peppermint, Thyme and Rose Petals

Brew: Add 1 teaspoon of the blend to 1 Cup of boiling water, allow to steep for 5 – 7 minutes. Enjoy!

Alternative Method: Enjoy Chilled. Brew enough for 3 cups (750mls) and store in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
