This underrated herb is even known to reduce blood pressure and assist the circulation. These properties enable it to be a useful remedy against varicose veins and high blood pressure.
Digestive troubles can be eased with yarrow from its bitter tonic properties, particularly if infections are present. Additionally, it helps to reduce fever and can be used against colds and flu when combined with peppermint and elderflower.
