Antioxidant Herbal Tea
An all natural herbal tea blend high in antioxidants, containing peppermint, lemon balm, ginkgo, hibiscus, nettle and licorice root assists in fighting free radicals in your body. Free radicals attack the body causing damage at the cellular level.
BREW: Add 2-3 teaspoons of the blend to a teapot and add boiling water to cover, leave to infuse for at least 5-7 minutes before drinking. Add a little honey to sweeten and enjoy!
Alternative Method: Enjoy Chilled. Brew enough for 3 cups (750mls) and store in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
