Digestion Ease Herbal Tea
Containing Peppermint, Ginger Root, Dandelion Leaf, Chamomile, Lemon Balm and Lavender, this all natural herbal tea will assist with your digestion.
The tea will help stimulate the appetite and balance the natural bacteria in the intestines, assist inflammation of the digestive tract, relieve heartburn and indigestion, and increase bile production to assist with breaking down of food.
It will also assist digestive upsets of a nervous origin, nausea, vomiting and diarrhoea, irritable bowel syndrome, wind, bloating and colic.
Method: Add 2-3 teaspoons of the blend to a teapot and add boiling water to cover, leave to infuse for at least 5-7 minutes before drinking. Add a little honey to sweeten and enjoy!
Alternative Method: Enjoy Chilled. Brew enough for 3 cups (750mls) and store in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
