Good Night Sleep Tea
A calming blend in preparation for sleep. When you've had a stressful and busy day and your mind just won't shut down take time out to unwind with this all natural calming tea.
Containing Passionflower, Valerian, Lavender, Chamomile and Hops this tea will assist those who suffer from insomnia, or have trouble sleeping by relaxing the body and mind to assist with normal sleep patterns
Method: Add 2-3 teaspoons of the blend to a teapot and add boiling water to cover, leave to infuse for at least 5-7 minutes before drinking. Add a little honey to sweeten and enjoy!
