Pain & Inflammation Reliever Herbal Tea
A very special herbal blend containing Ginger Root, St John's Wort, White Willow Bark, Nettle, Chamomile, and Peppermint.
This tea is an all natural combination of specially selected herbs to target the relief of both pain and inflammation. Pain and inflammation generally tend to come "hand in hand" with each other, so we have created this special blend to assist with both complaints.
Having personally experienced major stomach and digestion issues I have used this blend twice daily to relieve pain and inflammation with great success.
Method: Add 2-3 teaspoons of the blend to a teapot and add boiling water to cover, leave to infuse for at least 7 minutes before drinking. Add a little honey to sweeten and enjoy!
Alternative Method: Enjoy Chilled. Brew enough for 3 cups (750mls) and store in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
