Refund policy

Any item can be refunded or exchanged if it is returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in its original saleable condition.

With all returns and refunds, each issue will be taken on case by case. We endeavour to do the very best by you, however each outcome is made at The Herb Shed's discretion.

How to return or exchange your item

Your item can be returned as arranged online.

  • If you’d like to return via online, please get in touch with our customer service team. Please make sure to include your order number/proof of purchase.

 

How long does it take to get my refund?

Once processed, you will receive your refund within 3 – 5 business days.

  • Online – you will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been arranged by our customer service team.

 

Delivery & Non-Receipt Policy

All orders are shipped with Australia Post tracking. Once an order is marked as “Delivered” to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered fulfilled.
The Herb Shed is not responsible for loss, theft, or non-receipt claims after Australia Post confirms delivery.

If you cannot locate a delivered parcel, you may lodge a missing parcel enquiry with Australia Post so they can investigate delivery details, GPS scans and any available delivery confirmation. All orders from The Herb Shed will be sent with ' Signature Required'.  Parcels that cannot be delivered due to no one being available to sign will be held by Australia Post for collection, and therefore the responsibility for collection rests with the customer.
