Order Processing
Orders are packed and shipped within 1 business day. During promotional periods, dispatch may take an additional day.
Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped via Australia Post using tracked services. All orders regardless of value, are sent with Signature Required for security.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes are determined by Australia Post and may vary by location, delays, or peak periods.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. The Herb Shed is not responsible for delays or loss resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Delivery Confirmation
Once Australia Post marks a parcel as Delivered, the order is considered fulfilled. Any issues after delivery confirmation (including missing, stolen, or unlocated parcels) must be lodged with Australia Post for investigation.
Changes or Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it may not be edited, added to, or cancelled, as it may already be in processing.
