📖 How to Brew

• Simmer Method (best):
  Add 1 tbsp Pau D’Arco to 300ml water.
  Simmer gently for 10–15 minutes, lid on.
  Strain and drink warm.
• Iced Tea:
  Brew strong, chill, sweeten lightly with honey or coconut sugar.
• Blending:
  Mix with warming spices, bright herbs or floral notes.
